WeRun's anchor event at V3 Sports. This is where the movement begins — community, consistency, and progress every week.
What to Expect
Monday Miles — 1st & 3rd Mondays
Arrival & Warm-Up
Arrive early. Dynamic warm-up circle — light movement, stretching, and community introductions.
Run Start
~2 mile run. Pace groups form naturally. Every runner is supported.
Cool-Down & Connect
We finish together. Cool-down stretches, community circle, and connection time.

Sunday Miles — Every Sunday (through week before Sept 12)
Arrival & Warm-Up
Arrive and warm up as a group. Sunday Miles also serve as Push Triathlon practice.
Run Start — ~2 Miles & 5K
~2 mile and 5K distances. Community pace. Scenic route through the neighborhood.
Cool-Down
Cool-down happens immediately after the run. Stretch, connect, and recover together.
Youth Run — Date & Schedule TBD
~1 Mile Youth Run
Approximately 1 mile run designed for youth participants. Date and schedule to be announced. Also at V3 Sports.

All participants must sign our digital waiver before attending a WeRun event. It takes less than 2 minutes.
